Eligible unopened products may be returned under the published Returns Policy and applicable Egyptian law. Opened, used or unsealed health, hygiene and personal-care items may fall within legal safety exceptions.
Do not use the product. Keep all packaging and contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange the applicable replacement or refund without charging you for our error or a confirmed defect.
